Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have suggested changes to several of its rules to compliment in case federal OSHA recently introduced requirements released in 2 Federal Registers. The state program will modify 1926.800 to protect all cranes and derricks utilized in construction under subpart CC and will certainly expand the 1926.1400(c) (4) exemption with regard to digger derricks, as federal OSHA just recently accomplished.
